Answered Prayer

While reading this I would like to ask you  to think over your life: how has God been answering your prayers… has He always answered them the way yo prayed and when you want Him to

In the book of Matthew 7:7–8 it says Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. sticking to that we knock, we seek, and knock but at times instead of getting the answers that we prayed for we are met with closed doors;  dark tunnels therefore we don’t know where to look; and  a deaf ear,and we wonder if God is really listening.

Further in the book of Matthew 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in Prayer, believing, shall receive… that is meant to mean that whatever we ask of God he shall answer but God doesn’t work like that and His ways are not our ways.forecast-answers-to-prayer

Yes God does promise that He will answer our prayers but He has never promised that He will answer them the way we want Him to. From as long as I can remember I have always heard and been told there are three possible answers to a prayer:

  • yes
  • no
  • wait

when God answers with a “yes” and “no” that doesn’t mean that it is the ultimate answer. God can answer with a yes but in a different way.

the answer can be No but He is simply saying “My daughter or My son I have something better coming your way all you have to do is to trust me.”

When the answer is “wait”  all He is saying is “My child, it is not yet time… I will answer when the time is right.”

Sometimes God doesn’t answer our prayers the way we have prayed instead He answers prayers the way He had planned and when He had planned… and his answers and His ways always work for good and I can attest to that.

Have you ever wondered how your life would be had God answered you the way you had prayed?

When praying today don’t forget to say “Let Your will be done in my life”(for it is by His grace and will that we are alive today) and pray through the Holy Spirit our intercessor, most importantly thank Him for the answered prayers and those He is yet to answer.

thank you for answered prayers

…..Thank you for Stopping by… Be Blessed…..
